Michael presented a Management Development programme. Firstly I was quite reserved at what the course was going to be and wondering if it was just going to be another bog standard motivational speaker. How wrong was I!!!! Michael presented over a few weeks and it was one of the most engaging and enjoyable courses I’ve ever been on. It massively helped that Michael had been in the same situation as myself and my colleagues in the accountancy industry and knew what it was all about -his real life experiences were brilliant and hilarious at the same time. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough as a speaker - absolutely brilliant!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 9-month Effective Manager Programme with 3QHub, led by Chris. He was an excellent trainer - very knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive, while also challenging us throughout the programme in a way that helped me grow. The sessions were extremely valuable, particularly as I was stepping into my manager role at the same time. I was able to relate the learning to real life examples and put it into practice straight away. The follow-up check-ins after each session were also a great addition, helping to keep me on track and providing ongoing support.

I really enjoyed the Effective Manager course provided by 3QHub. The course contained information and insight that I think could so easily be missed. In the world of compliance, it’s easy to be “head down” and just focus on the task in hand – forgetting about utilising the team around you, or your own time most effectively. There was a lot of self-reflection which I believe is crucial to being a good manager, and Chris’s style encouraged open self-awareness without judgement in the group. I particularly enjoyed the elements where we profiled ourselves and our team, to better understand ways to work together and train others. The format meant we could learn from each other as well as Chris and the exercises created a lot of interactions, helping create new relationships with new people across other offices or teams. In an environment where KPIs can often be at the forefront of management messages, the soft-skills that make for a better work environment can sometimes be de-prioritised. I see this course as an antidote to that.
The session was extremely engaging and well-delivered. Chris demonstrated a strong ability to read the room and adapt to the needs of the group, which helped create a comfortable and open environment. This encouraged delegates to actively share their thoughts, which added significant value to the overall session. Concepts were explained clearly and effectively, with delivery that felt relatable and authentic. The facilitator’s body language and presence reinforced the message of the content, creating a fully engaging learning experience rather than just a verbal presentation. The use of practical, relatable examples was particularly impactful, helping to bring the content to life and make it relevant to our day-to-day work. As a result, we were able to meaningfully apply the key takeaways during the session, which made the learning both memorable and actionable. Overall, it was a highly valuable session, and I took away a great deal that I can apply in practice.
Michael Siviter is an amazing management consultant and presenter. Michael demonstrated a deep knowledge of his field and a natural ability to share his expertise in a pleasant and comprehensible manner. Although these were only a few courses, I have learned from him a lot of practical tips. I strongly recommend Michael as a professional that you can learn a lot from.
